A multi-purpose recreation center located in the heart of West Peoria.
FRC features a full-size gymnasium, multi-purpose room with kitchenette, community room, beautiful dance studio, ceremic studio, soccer field, two baseball fields, and an outdoor playground. FRC and its services are accessible to people with disabilities. Eligible persons are encouraged to participate.
